NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the
City of Staples will hold a
public hearing at 5:00 p.m.
on Monday, May 16, 2016
at the Staples City Hall to
consider the application of
Matthew Craig for a Conditional Use Permit at 209
Cleveland Street SW, legally described as Lots 3 and
4, Block 7, Donovan’s Addition. Mr. Craig proposes
to construct a 30 foot by 40
foot (1,200 square feet) storage building in the rear
yard of his property.
A Conditional Use Permit is required for a storage building greater than
200 square feet in gross
area on residential zoned
property.
